About us

Professor DeRose has researched, studied and taught breathing techniques, meditation and behavioural re-education since 1960. He founded the DeRose Method in 1960, which today has over 100 mindfulness studios around the world. DeRose has published more than 30 books in multiple languages, which have sold over a million copies.
